The Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) is a five-year undergraduate degree that consists of a demanding academic program for four years, followed by a required internship for one year. In order to prepare students to use homeopathic remedies for illness prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, this course combines classical homeopathic concepts with contemporary medical understanding. Together with more contemporary medical specialties like pathology and forensic medicine, the curriculum includes a wide variety of topics including the Organon of Medicine, Materia Medica, Repertory, Homeopathic Philosophy, and Surgery. Typically, NEET-UG is used to determine admission to the BHMS program. Students who complete the program become skilled homeopaths who can work in government or private hospitals, wellness centers, or even pursue careers in academic research.
